By engaging Vintage Maison Maritime Decor for yacht services, requesting quotes, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable maritime and local laws. These terms govern all yacht maintenance, repair, refurbishment, crew services, and related maritime services we provide.

Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect damages, loss of use, lost profits, or consequential damages beyond the direct cost of services rendered.

7. Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vintage Maison Maritime Decor harmless from claims arising from undisclosed vessel conditions, failure to provide accurate information, or unauthorized modifications made to vessels under our care. Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate vessel insurance during service periods.

8. Service Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials purchased. Vessels must be removed from our facilities within the agreed timeframe upon service completion or termination. Outstanding balances must be settled before vessel release.

9. Governing Law and Maritime Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by applicable maritime law and the laws of the jurisdiction where services are performed. Disputes shall be resolved through maritime arbitration in accordance with industry standards, or through competent courts having jurisdiction over maritime matters.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
